Located just two blocks from Avenida Paulista, the eclectic mansion is one of the most beautiful examples of the old luxury residences in the Bela Vista neighbourhood. In the past, the property belonged to Benedito Abdulkader, who may have been its first owner (1961 data).<\/p>
